How do limiting beliefs form?
Finding the core of the data is where the beautiful work begins
Introducing new data to counter old programming
Linking affirmations to actions

The difference between acting 'as if' and acting from the 'what if?'
Creating stories to adapt to a changing environment
The consequences of acting 'as if'
Intimacy is born from that place of conversation

Holding space for the emotional barriers
When holding space doesn't come naturally in close relationships

Integrity, authenticity and paying attention
Navigating coaches online
Holding space used to be an effort, but over time it has become natural
Doing the shadow work improves your ability to hold space
How does grace come into play?
Grace through the lens of being in the darkness
Addiction and shame, shame as the opposite of grace
Grace as a fundamental pillar of healing and transformation
Choosing to leave behind shame
Hope as possibility, faith as 'knowing'
Without knowing where we are going, we can get stuck in the past
This sounds like a lot of work, why would we even bother?
Not everyone is ready to do the work and that's ok. We can choose that for ourselves
The 'why' we are doing this work is going to look different for everyone
Discovering the 'why' can be part of the process
For Ivan it was about becoming the best version of himself, both for himself and then for others
